1. Who We Are

Plica Games is a brand operated by Planetdiscipline LDA, based in Portugal. We develop and publish Pazzurumon Challenge and related products.

2. What Data We Collect

Game Data (Local Storage only):

• Player name, scores, progress, and preferences
• Leaderboard entries and creature collection data
• Settings (language, audio volume, display preferences)

All game data is stored exclusively in your browser's localStorage. It never leaves your device. We do not have access to this data, and it is not transmitted to any server.

Analytics Data (Google Analytics):

• General geographic location (country/region level, derived from IP address)
• Device type, browser, and operating system
• Pages visited, session duration, and general usage patterns
• Referral source (how you found the site)

Google Analytics data is collected in aggregate and anonymized form. We do not collect or store your full IP address. IP anonymization is enabled.

3. What We Do NOT Collect

• Names, email addresses, or personal contact information
• Payment or financial data (purchases are handled entirely by third-party platforms: Google Play, Microsoft Store, Shopify/Printify)
• Precise geolocation or GPS data
• Photos, contacts, or any data from your device
• Advertising identifiers or cross-site tracking profiles

4. Cookies and Tracking

Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish users and sessions. These are first-party analytics cookies and do not track you across other websites.

You can opt out of Google Analytics by:

• Installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on
• Disabling cookies in your browser settings

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Google Analytics — anonymized website analytics (see Section 2)
• Google Play Store — Android app distribution (governed by Google's privacy policy)
• Microsoft Store — Windows app distribution (governed by Microsoft's privacy policy)
• Cloudflare Pages — website hosting (standard CDN logging, no personal data stored)
• Shopify / Printify — merchandise store (purchase data handled entirely by them)

Each third-party service operates under its own privacy policy. We do not receive personal data from these platforms beyond aggregate analytics.

6. Children's Privacy

Pazzurumon Challenge is rated 3+ (suitable for all ages). We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. Since all game data is stored locally and we do not require account creation, there is no personal data collection from users of any age.

7. Data Retention

• Local game data: Persists on your device until you clear your browser data or uninstall the app. We have no control over this data.
• Analytics data: Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months, after which it is automatically deleted.

8. Your Rights (GDPR / RGPD)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

• Access — request what data we hold about you (in practice: none beyond anonymized analytics)
• Erasure — request deletion of your data
• Opt-out — disable analytics tracking (see Section 4)
• Portability — your local game data is already on your device
• Complaint — file a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD) at www.cnpd.pt

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We will not reduce your rights under this policy without your consent.
